- Can anyone register for this community?

At present, the Panel is only open to Sourcing Club members – that is, registered users of Global Sources Online. If you are not a Sourcing Club member yet, please register here. A Community Panel invitation will be sent to you by email in the first two weeks of the following month.
*Registered Sourcing Club Community Panel members are advised to set up their Global Sources Website account (if not existing members) as our staff will synchronize points earned in these two accounts and transfer earned points from Sourcing Club Community Panel to Global Sources Website, users with only Sourcing Club Community Panel account being set up but without Global Sources Website account should note that points earned in the panel will not be saved.

Please note that this may take up to two working days to process.
After unsubscribing, points you have earned from the Sourcing Club Community Panel will still be processed according to the normal procedure – points earned from the Panel will be synchronized with your Global Sources Sourcing Club account at the end of each month.

- As part of our community, you will be invited to participate in regular monthly research activities including surveys, polls, online discussion forums, online focus groups, and diaries.
- Sourcing Club Community Panel research activities cover a variety of topics. They may be about sourcing trends, supplier preferences, or topics further afield.
- The activities are all completely optional and you can choose when and how you'd like to be involved.

(1)Ensure cookies are enabled

Make sure that you have cookies enabled in your internet software, as we use cookies to track the status of our questionnaires. For information on checking and enabling your browser cookie settings please contact us. If you would like to keep a high-security setting but still be able to participate in the Sourcing Club Community Panel questionnaires, you will need to add https://gssccommunity.com to your "Safe" or "Trusted" list. Please consult your browser documentation for assistance on this.

(2)Check your ad blocker

If you have an ad blocker running on your incoming email, you may experience problems with the surveys. Some of these programs delete certain characters from our emails, and thus disable the links we send to you. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to control this, but we do advise you to inform your ad blocking provider of the problem.

Our questionnaires are designed to support the most up-to-date internet browsers. Currently, the recommended browsers are Internet Explorer 7+, Chrome 15+, Firefox 10+, Opera 8+ and Safari 3+. You may experience technical issues if using older browsers that are no longer fully supported. If you are encountering problems, we recommend updating your browser to one of the latest versions.

- Why am I unable to log in to the website, even when I have carefully copied my email address and password into the login space?

Secondly, use the password reminder on the login page. If you are copying and pasting your password, check that you are not copying any blank spaces before or after your password, because these are treated as extra characters by the system. If you are typing your password, make sure that the caps lock is not on – the password is case-sensitive.
Make sure that you have "cookies" enabled in your browser software; cookies are used in our login process and for tracking questionnaire completion.

- What if I don't receive my emails because my email address has changed?

The reminder email should arrive in your inbox within a few minutes.
