The Sourcing Club Community Panel (“Panel”) is a research studies program offered by Publishers Representatives Ltd. (“Global Sources”) to users and/or customers of Global Sources. The Panel is hosted by Global Sources with the assistance of QuMind Ltd, an independent market research company (“QuMind”). We are Global Sources and QuMind. Where we say “Sourcing Club Community Panel”, “we”, “our” or “us” in this document, that’s who we mean.
The Panel is accessible through https://gssccommunity.com/ (“Panel Website”). Registration of the Panel is deemed to be an acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by you. We have put together these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) to make sure you understand what is involved once you have become a member of the Sourcing Club Community Panel.
The Terms and Conditions set forth herein, and together with any terms set forth on the Panel Website and any other terms accessible through any of the foregoing, collectively the ("Panel Terms") govern the Panel. Global Sources in its sole discretion can restrict, suspend, amend, extend or otherwise alter the Panel Terms at any time and without prior notice. If the Panel Terms have been updated, we will let you know by posting the most up-to-date version on our website, by email or in any other manner we deem appropriate, and no change will be effective until such change has been posted for at least three (3) days. We encourage Members to review the Panel Terms each time they use the Panel.

Acceptance

By using or enrolling in the Panel membership, you (i) confirm that you have read, accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions; (ii) consent to our collection and use of certain personal information, except as he or she may otherwise notify us; and (iii) agree to the Panel Terms set forth in the Panel Website, as they may be amended from time to time.

Panel Membership

Membership of this Panel is free. To become an eligible Member, you are required to complete the enrolment process by registering an account in Global Sources Online Website here and an account in the Panel.
An account will be created for you in your Panel account. You are responsible for any and all activity that occurs on your Panel account. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us immediately. Only one Panel account is permitted per member.
We have the right to decide to temporarily suspend or permanently disable your Panel account. We can do this for any reason, for example if you breach any of these Terms and Conditions.

We will prepare, arrange, organize or hold various research studies from time to time. Global Sources may from time to time, subject to the Panel Terms, invite eligible registered member(s) to participate in any of the following research studies activities:

We aim to be transparent and clear at all times and keep your personal information safe and secure. Please see the Privacy Policy for more information about how your personal information will be used, including the use of cookies. By using the Panel and the Panel Website, you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate and up-to-date.
Any information you provide, either in the registration when you sign up or in subsequent Research Studies Activities, will be treated as confidential and only used for the purposes set out in the Privacy Policy. Personal information you have given to us will never be sold.

You will receive regular invitations to Research Studies Activities as a member of the Sourcing Club Community Panel.
Your participation on all Research Studies Activities is voluntary and as such you may end your participation at any time.
You can unsubscribe from the Panel at any time by emailing here.
As a member of the Panel, you may request help from us with technical or research-related queries. We will only address such queries where a member has specifically requested help.

Conduct Of Members

Members must agree to take sole responsibility for their conduct when using Panel Website and we will not tolerate:
- communication of material that is offensive, sexually explicit, immoral, dishonest or infringes on any third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove any posts that do not comply with the conduct expected of members in their usage of the Panel;
- use of our Panel Website in any way that doesn’t comply with any applicable local, national, or internal law or regulation;
- transmission in any form of a programme or file which is capable of interrupting, destroying, or limiting the capabilities of the website, server, connected networks or other users' computers;
- transmission of content for commercial reasons, including any advertising or promotional materials;
- attempts to register more than one account per person; and
- sharing of your login and security credentials.
會員使用Panel網站時，即表示同意同意對自己的行為承擔所有個人責任，我們不會容忍以下情況發生：

We reserve the right to withhold any allocation of incentives, if we reasonably believe you have breached these terms including any violation of our code of conduct as set out above.
